Madonna Disses Lady Gaga’s ‘Obsessions’

Madonna was all smiles when Splash cameras caught up with her at the Venice Film Festival, but away from the crowds seems like the pop goddess was being anything but cordial. According to Belgian magazine Le Soir, when asked for a comment about she felt about her many fans that include Lady Gaga she launched a thinly veiled attack on the pop singer, saying she had no comment on what she called Gaga's obsession with because she didn't know if it's based on something profound or superficial. Ouch Madge! Going straight for the jugular, eh? The singers relationship was strained earlier this year when accusations of copy infringement went viral. Fans noticed glaring similarities between Madonna's 1989 hit 'Express Yourself' and Gaga's 'Born This Way', although any claims of copying have always been strongly denied by Gaga herself.
