SANTO DOMINGO . 16 de abril. E. León Jimenes S.A. (ELJ), empresa que posee el 83.5% de las acciones de Cervecería Nacional Dominicana (CND), y AmBev (Compañía de Bebidas de las Américas) anunciaron hoy el inicio de una transacción para establecer una alianza estratégica con el fin de crear la empresa de bebidas líder del Caribe a través de la combinación de sus negocios en la región.  La empresa incluirá la producción y comercialización de cervezas, maltas y refrescos en República Dominicana, Saint Vincent, Antigua y Dominica, así como exportaciones a otros 16 países del Caribe, los Estados Unidos y Europa.  mas aqui
